Hosting Events

During the day, our light and airy Oak Rooms are the perfect backdrop for a birthday, shower, brunch or social event. In the evening, there's room for a DJ and dancing in the Oak Bar to complete your birthday party, mitzvah, wedding or cocktail party. Great food, a warm atmosphere and undivided attention from our staff is sure to please any host. Let us custom design a menu with our talented culinary staff to delight your guests and fit your budgets.

RCSH is a private, member owned club but membership is not required to host an event.

Hosting Events Policies

RESERVATIONS FOR SOCIAL EVENTS
Reservations for social events should be made NO LATER than 48 hours in advance to ensure seating and to allow the Chef to adequately prepare. Late reservations will be accommodated subject to availability. Members must make their own reservations for Special Events and cannot reserve for other members. Please make reservations at [email protected]

 
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation of social events within 48 hours will be charged at 50% of event cost. If a member fails to come in for a reservation the club is subject to charge full amount for the particular event. Such cancellation charges will be applied toward the monthly minimum. 

The staff has the authority to enforce all Club policies as determined by the Board.
